What is a DPR?
A Detailed Project Report is a comprehensive technical and financial document that presents the full case for a proposed manufacturing or processing project. For recycling and refining plants, a good DPR covers process description, equipment specification, plant layout, utility requirements, regulatory compliance pathway, capital cost estimate (CAPEX), operating cost estimate (OPEX), revenue projections, and full financial analysis including NPV, IRR, and payback period.
